So what is a perfect fit button?
Well name gives it away it’s a button that you can place on a pair of pants that have become too tight. It gives you a little more slack just when you need it most. You just push it through the waistband, put on the back and you have a button and a set of pants that now fits.
On the face of it this doesn’t seem particularly useful. But if you’re like me occasionally you go to put on a pair of pants and find that your waistline has expanded slightly. Probably the pants were just a little bit tight when you bought them but by sucking in your belly you manage to get into them and at the time they were reasonably comfortable.
It doesn’t take much of an increase in your waistline to make a pair of pants feel very uncomfortable though. Rather than throwing them away this clever device enables you to get more use out of them.
Normally we just throw them away or leave these tight clothes hanging in the closet hoping that one day we’ll be able to get into them. This is one of those clever ideas that just work. Nothing complicated just a button that you can push through to a new slightly position enabling you to once again get into them.
It just works. If your waistline then reduces you can remove the button and use it somewhere else. It’ll work on most materials. I’ve found it one of those things that although I don’t use very often but when I do need it I really need it!
I keep it with my sewing kit to quickly replace a button that has fallen off and that I don’t have time to replace. You’ll discover many different ways of using the perfect fit buttons.
When you consider it only costs $10and you get four colour matching buttons are set with a free set thrown in its excellent value for money even if you only use it once.
